Donald Trump says...

Did you happen to watch Donald Trump on Larry King Live last night?  Interesting interview.  He was talking about his new book, Think Like a Champion and made a point of saying "This is a great time to buy real estate."  He goes on to say, "Now, in two years, I might have said, 'Larry, I made a mistake. I paid too much.' Who knows, with the way the world is going, with the way the country is going, with what's happened?  But I really think this is a great time to buy."

Lessons?  Number 1:  Buy your dream home today.  Don't wait.  And remember, Uncle Sam's giving first-time home buyers $8,000 to buy and close on a home by December 1, 2009.

                Number 2:  Don't try to time the market.  Whether it's the purchase price or interest rates.  If Donald Trump can't time the market, either can you or I.
